What we collect

Your account information (name, email), the case documents you upload or that arrive at your case email address, your answers to questionnaires, and your messages with the AI assistant.

How we use it

Your documents and case details are used to analyze your case and prepare your documents. To do this, document text is processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google and Anthropic) under their API terms. Your files are stored on our servers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Retention and archiving

Your case material is kept while your case is active. When you archive a case it becomes read-only and is preserved; you can also delete cases you no longer need.

Security

Case files are stored on our infrastructure (not third-party file hosts), access requires your account credentials, and actions on your case are audit-logged.

Your choices

You can export or delete your cases and ask us to delete your account by contacting [email protected].
